NOTICE

① 本店出售之所有貨品均用人手平攤量度,或會有 ±1-3CM 誤差

② 圖片顏色及實物顏色會根據顯示屏幕的顯色度有一定的色差

③ 同款的貨品或會因不同批次出現顏色或尺寸偏差的情況

配送方式及運費

現貨商品:下單確認付款後會於1-3天發出

預購商品:收到訂單後會向海外供應商訂貨,預購約需7-21工作天。

福袋及禮盒系列:不包含於滿$500包郵服務

惟部分斷貨款需等海外補貨。代購不確定性較多,並不能完全保證到貨時效,感謝您的理解。

客人可以考慮門市購買現貨或網站現貨下單,預購款式除無法採購外,其他延誤並不會做出任何賠償。

順豐到付:港澳台購物滿HKD500順豐包郵(只限順豐智能櫃,順豐站);未滿包郵門檻之商品會以到付方式發出(郵費約HKD25-40不等);海外發貨請聯繫客服補足郵費

*台灣訂單須備註收件人中文全名及身分證/居留證編號,及先登記當地海關實名認證

門市自取:訂單送達門市後會有Whatsapp通知,請於收到通知後30日內取貨。

 

非瑕疵品換貨程序(更換顏色/尺寸)

1. 妥善保留商品、附件、包裝、吊牌及附隨物件。
2. 聯絡線上客服
3. 本店收到申請後,確認無誤將會通過發送詳細步驟。
4. 本店收到退回貨品及檢查貨品無問題後,如欲更換之商品有現貨,將於14日內發出;
5. 如欲更換之商品無現貨,不設重新訂貨服務,買家可選擇更換同等價位商品或同等面額之優惠券。
6. 換貨來回運費需由買家負責,順豐運費一般大約HKD$30-40。
7. 使用優惠之貨品,如退貨後不足優惠門檻,買家需補回差價

 

以下狀況,恕不接受換貨:
1. 到貨超過十四天以上的商品
2. 欲退換商品沾有粉妝、髒污,或已經洗滌
3. 古著部、特價區貨品不設退換
4. 商品、附件、包裝、吊牌或附隨物件不完整
5. 本店設有門市及試衣間,網站亦清楚列明參考尺寸。
6. 代購成本較高,非瑕疵品不能退款。

 

 

Shopping Notice:

 

① All products sold in our store are measured by hand, and there may be a deviation of ±1-3CM.

② The color of the pictures and the actual color may have a certain color difference due to the display screen.

Delivery methods and shipping fees:

In-stock items: After confirming payment, they will be shipped within 1-3 days.

Pre-order items: After receiving the order, we will place an order with overseas suppliers. Pre-orders usually take 7-21 working days. However, some out-of-stock items may require waiting for restocking from overseas. Purchasing on behalf of customers has more uncertainties, and we cannot guarantee delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.

 Lucky Bag and Gift Box: Not included in Free SF Express shipping service even when purchases over HKD500

Customers can consider purchasing in-stock items at our physical store or placing orders for in-stock items on our website. For pre-order styles, except for those that cannot be purchased, no compensation will be made for other delays.

 

SF Express Cash on Delivery: Free SF Express shipping for purchases over HKD500 in Hong Kong, Macau(only for SF Express Locker, SF Point), and Taiwan; products that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be sent via cash on delivery (shipping fee is approximately HKD25-40). For overseas shipments, please contact customer service to supplement the postage.

 

*For Taiwan orders, please provide the recipient's full Chinese name and ID/residence permit number as well as register with local customs for real-name authentication.

 

Pickup at Store: After the order arrives at the store, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp. Please pick up the goods within 30 days after receiving the notification.

 

Exchange procedure for non-defective products (color/size exchange):

1. Keep the product, accessories, packaging, hang tags, and accompanying items properly.

2. Contact online customer service.

3. After receiving the application, our store will confirm the accuracy and send detailed instructions.

4. After receiving the returned goods and inspecting them without any problems, if the desired replacement product is in stock, it will be sent out within 14 days.

5. If the desired replacement product is out of stock, there is no reordering service. Buyers can choose to replace it with a product of equal value or a coupon of equal denomination.

6. The round-trip shipping fee for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, and SF Express shipping fee is generally around HKD$30-40.

7. For products using discounts, if the return does not meet the threshold for the discount, the buyer needs to pay the price difference.

 

The following situations are not accepted for exchanges:

1. Products that have been received for more than fourteen days.

2. Products that are stained with makeup or dirt, or have been washed.

3. Vintage items and products in special price areas are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Incomplete products, accessories, packaging, hang tags, or accompanying items.

5. Our store has physical stores and fitting rooms, and reference sizes are clearly stated on our website.

6. Purchasing on behalf of customers incurs higher costs; non-defective products cannot be refunded.
