Delivery Methods and Shipping Fees

In-Stock Products: Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order Products: After receiving the order, we will place an order with overseas suppliers. Pre-orders take approximately 14-21 working days. However, some out-of-stock items may require waiting for overseas restocking. Due to the uncertainties of purchasing, we cannot fully guarantee the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.
All products are available in limited stock or pre-order status. Customers may consider purchasing in-store or ordering in-stock items from the website. For pre-ordered items, if they are unavailable, no compensation will be provided for other delays.
Lucky Bags and Gift Box Series: These items are not included in the free shipping service for orders over $500.

SF Express Cash on Delivery: For purchases over HKD 500 to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, SF Express offers free shipping (limited to SF Smart Cabinets and SF Stations). Items below the free shipping threshold will be sent on a cash-on-delivery basis (shipping fees approximately HKD 25-40). For overseas shipping, please contact customer service to cover the shipping fee.
For Taiwan orders, please provide the recipient's full Chinese name and ID/residence permit number, and register for local customs real-name certification in advance.
In-Store Pickup: You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order has arrived at the store. Please pick up your order within 30 days of receiving the notification.


Non-Defective Item Exchange Procedure (for color/size changes or change of mind)

  1. Keep the product, accessories, packaging, tags, and any accompanying items in good condition.
  2. Contact online customer service.
  3. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm and send detailed steps.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in good condition, if the desired replacement item is in stock, we will ship it within 14 days.
  5. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we do not offer reorder services. The buyer may choose to exchange for an item of equal value or receive a coupon of equal value.
  6. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer, with SF Express shipping generally costing about HKD 30-40.
  7. For items purchased with a discount, if the total after the return does not meet the discount threshold, the buyer must pay the difference.

The following situations do not qualify for exchange:

  1. Items returned more than fourteen days after delivery.
  2. Items that are stained, dirty, or have been washed.
  3. Vintage and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. Products, accessories, packaging, tags, or accompanying items are incomplete.
  5. Our store has a physical location and fitting rooms; size reference is clearly listed on the website.
  6. The costs of purchasing are high; non-defective items cannot be refunded. Customers may choose to convert to store credit or exchange for other in-stock items.

Defective items or items shipped beyond 21 working days from the order date can be refunded. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit card or Faster Payment System), with a processing time of approximately 7-10 working days.
